These dodge hornets are awesome, unlike the dart's 1.4i TigerShark turbo that barley makes power Hornets with AWD could make a much better car and succesor to the dart and neons. So I think people needs to stop hating on these hornets

So, if i may ask, do people get their 5 speeds rebuilt to handle more power with these? And if so, where do they go to get it done at? Because ive always been weary of the 5 speeds breaking which prevented me from ever buying any neon in general, but if theres at least a place who can rebuild em, im willing to try it maybe because it would be a nixe alternative to buying a Honda for the millionth time.

Ed reworked the guts of my neons's t850 at 140k, and I ran the M1 10w40 high mileage. It ran another 100k and shifted great the whole time. RIP to a real one.

Engineering must be taught by using this example...

Ed was my neighbor in Timberlane when I was in high school. I had a 1986 Dodge 600 ES Turbo convertible as my first car and he gave me an ECU that turned my boost up to 16 PSI I think from the stock 7 PSI. I would take it to Goodnight Trail off Rankin and could smoke a stock 5.0 Fox body with the top down. Was nothing compared to the Omni GLH-S he had in his garage, though. Miss ya, neighbor.
